A BODY OF A 22 YEAR OLD MAN FOUND MURDERED AT LEPHEPANE VILLAGE

LEPHEPANE VILLAGE- Ritavi police are investigating a murder case following the discovery of a body of male victim at Lephepane village yesterday on Sunday, 18 January 2026 in the afternoon.

The Police spokesperson Colonel Malesela Ledwaba confirmed that the police responded to the crime scene and on their arrival, in the house they found family members who indicated that the victim left home on Saturday, 17 January 2026, at round 10:00, without informing anyone about his destination.

The following morning, Sunday 18, January 2026, a family member discovered his naked body laying on bed , showing no signs of life in the house . He had bruises on the upper body .

The victim was certified dead by Emergency Medical Services personnel on their arrival.

The motive behind the incident is unknown at this stage, A murder case is under investigation and no arrest has been effected up to so far.
