A LIFELESS BODY OF UNKNOWN WOMAN FOUND DROWNED IN TUBATSE RIVER

According to the information received from police communications officer Sergeant Monatse Mamabolo, the Police were informed about a lifeless body of a woman that was seen floating inside the river by a group of men who were busy fishing.

The Provincial Search and Rescue Diving Unit were summoned to the vicinity and managed to retrieve the body of an unknown woman estimated to be aged between 25 and 35.

The deceased is light in complexion and was reportedly found half naked wearing a maroon underwear, cream white blouse and an Italian made dress with mixed colours including a white and purple Puma sneakers

The deceased ‘s body is currently at Lebowakgomo Forensic Pathology , and police have so far never received a complaint or report about a missing person in the precinct.
