BELLEVUE VILLAGE- The Mahlabane family seeks public assistance to find a 23 year old mentally challenged man Rakubu Mahlabane residing at Bellevue village, Bolobedu on the R81 road.

Rakubu Mahlabane was last seen on Thursday 28 December 2023 and he did not tell anyone where he was going.
