ELDERLY WOMAN AND GRANDSON REMAINS HOMELESS AFTER HER HOUSE COLLAPSED AT MORUTJI VILLAGE

MORUTJI VILLAGE – The Malatji family is homeless and stranded after their one-room house collapsed due to recent heavy rainfall in Morutji Village. The incident occurred last night, March 17, 2026, at Ward 07 under the Greater Tzaneen Municipality.

An elderly woman, Mrs. Malatji and her grandson, were forced to sleep in the damaged structure because they are helpless. She expressed disappointment, stating she has lost hope of receiving an RDP house despite applying several times without success.

Neighbors are concerned about her safety, and contacted Perfect Radio for urgent public assistance.
