ELECTRICITY RESTORED IN GA-MATIPANE FOLLOWING LIMA’S INTERVENTION

GA-MATIPANE – The Limpopo Independent Movement Alliance (LIMA) led by President Phazama Seunane has brought relief to the residents of Ga-Matipane, ward 30, in the Greater Letaba Municipality. After a prolonged two-month outage, LIMA stepped in to purchase a new electric transformer, restoring power to the community.

This development comes after the community protested on several occasions, with the municipality and Eskom failing to honor their commitments.

The community’s joy was palpable as they celebrated this achievement with LIMA on Saturday, 31 January 2026.
