HLANGANANI SAPS APPEALS FOR PUBLIC ASSISTANCE TO TRACE MISSING MAN AGED 30

RIBUNGWANI VILLAGE : The police in Hlanganani under Vhembe District are appealing to members of the public for assistance in locating a missing person, Wiseman Baloyi (30), from Ribungwani Village, Xikhulu Section.

Wiseman Baloyi was reported missing after he left his home on Sunday, 04 January 2026, at approximately 14h00.

According to information received, he informed his family that he was going to a salon at Tsema Section to cut his hair. He has not returned home since then and all efforts to locate him have thus far been unsuccessful.

The missing person is described as dark in complexion. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black T-shirt, blue jeans, and white tekkies.

Anyone who may have information regarding his whereabouts is urged to contact the Investigating Officer, Captain Walter Marivate on 082 468 8673, or Hlanganani SAPS on 079 890 1408. Alternatively, information can be reported at the nearest police station.
