KHEKHUTINI PRIMARY SCHOOL HOSTS CAREER DRESS-UP AND FAREWELL EVENT FOR GRADE 07 LEARNERS CLASS OF 2025

MOHLAKAMOSOMA VILLAGE | Khekhutini Primary School in Mohlakamosoma village recently hosted a career dress-up and farewell event for Grade 7 learners on Friday31st October 2025, as to prepare them for their new journey at secondary school level.

The event was filled with energetic performances, including dances such as Sarafina, Xibelani, Khekhapa, ballroom and Amapiano. Learners also showcased their talents through a play, poems and beauty pageant. One of the Grade 7 learners, 14 year-old Valley Manyama, stole everyone’s heart by performing his own song.

Certificates, medals, and trophies were awarded to learners who excelled in arts activities competitions and academic achievements, serving as motivation for their peers.

Guest speaker, South African Police service (SAPS) representatives and social worker delivered motivational speech to Grade 7 learners, encouraging them as they are about to embark on their secondary school journey.

Principal Mr. Mabale PV expressed gratitude and thanked parents, learners, and expecially teachers for their efforts, energy and dedication.
