LOCAL SPORTS | Lamb’s Haven Kindergarten recently held its successful first annual sports day for foundation phase learners aged 3 to 6 years at Tshega Christian Mission, Light House Academy, Fobeni village, Bolobedu South.
Learners from various preschools in Bolobedu South participated in games and physical activities designed for their age group. Unlike competitive sports, the preschool Sports Day focused on participation, enjoyment, and movement rather than winning.
Children engaged in running games, balance activities, and team-based play, helping them feel confident and motivated. Every child received recognition, such as medals, for their participation.
