MANTSHA PRIMARY SCHOOL HOSTS 2025 GRADE 7 FAREWELL FUNCTION

GA-SEKGOPO | Mantsha Primary school recently hosted a successful Grade 7 Farewell on Thursday, 06 November 2025 at GA-Sekgopo. The purpose of the fawerell function was to celebrate the Grade 7 class of 2025 and provide guidance as they prepare to transition to high school.

The farewell function was honored by the presence of stakeholders, including representatives from the Sekgopo clinic’s department of Health and local Indunas.

Guest speaker, Mr.Makgoto Matome Richard encouraged the learners, stating that “education and their future is their responsibility.” He also urged parents to continue supporting their children in high school, ensuring their well-being and monitor their academic progress.

The learners showcased their talents through various perfomances, including poem recitals, acting drama, dancing, and speeches.

The school also celebrated learners who excelled in sports and those who participated in different competitions that school had entered and won R50 000. Additionally, certificates were awarded to top-performing learners from Grade R to Grade 7 and clean learners who always wore their uniform smart.
