MOHOKONE PRIMARY SCHOOL HOSTS FAREWELL FUNCTION FOR GRADE 07 LEARNERS, CLASS OF 2025

GA-MOHOKONE VILLAGE | Mohokone Primary School recently hosted a heartfelt farewell event to bid goodbye to its Grade 7 learners at Mohokone village on Friday 31st October 2025, celebrating their academic journey and inspiring them for their secondary school journey.

The event recognized top perfomers from Grade R to Grade 7, as well as talented learners in various activities with certificates.

Speakers encouraged the Grade 7 learners to think positively, work hard towards their dreams, and never give up on their education. They emphasized that quality things takes time and effort, and it’s better to work hard now and enjoy fruits of their labor later. Learners were also advised to chase their dreams and nurture their passions.

Parents were urged to encourage and support their children’s talents and dreams, fostering success through nurturing relationships.

The farewell event featured a variety of captivating performances, including traditional dances, Amapiano dance, and poetic recitals, which entertained parents and guests contributing to the event’s success.

The farewell honored the learners dedication, perseverance and academic excellence, marking the end of their primary chapter.
