THE FUNERAL SERVICE FOR ISAYA MAPHALLE WILL BE HELD ON SATURDAY

Isaya Maphalle was tragically found murdered at Morutji village on 09 November 2025. He was reported missing since 31 October 2025, and his alleged girlfriend fled the scene during the search operation.

A search operation led to the discovery of his dismembered body, which was found in a maize meal bag buried in a shallow grave. The gruesome discovery was made after a dog was seen digging at the spot and a strong smell was detected.

The suspect (girlfriend) was later arrested in Tzaneen CBD and is still in custody for further court appearance.
