THE POLOKWANE HIGH COURT HAS SENTENCED RODY MOLOTO TO MULTIPLE COUNTS OF CHARGES

COURT UPDATE | The Polokwane High Court has sentenced Rody Moloto to 7 years for rape, 5 years for defeating the ends of justice, and 20 years for murder, and therefore he will serve 20 years in prison without parole.

 

Moloto was found guilty of the brutal murder of a 27-year-old woman, Mootane Angel Morongwa in 2024, residing at Malatji section, GaSekgopo, whose body was found wrapped in plastic and buried in a shallow grave in the river.
