SAPS MOPANI LAUNCHES SAFER FESTIVE SEASON CAMPAIGN

TZANEEN | The South African Police Service (SAPS) in Tzaneen officially launched the safer festive season campaign on the R71 route leading into Tzaneen. The campaign forms part of a broader national initiative aimed to ensuring safety of all residents during the festive period. The R71 route into Tzaneen was the site of a roadblock and high-density patrols by SAPS members and Limpopo Traffic office members as part of the launch activities. The initiative involved various stakeholders, including the Department of Home Affairs, Limpopo Security Forum, Limpopo Traffic Police, and the Mopani District Municipality Fire and Rescue Services. Throughout this holiday season, SAPS Tzaneen is urging the public to assist enforcement in maintaining a safe environment for all members of the community.
