MAYOR ODAS NGOBENI MONITORS ROAD REGRAVELLING PROJECT IN MOTHOMENG VILLAGE

MOTHOMENG VILLAGE | The Greater Tzaneen Municipality Mayor, Cllr Odas Ngobeni, proceeded to visit Mothomeng Village in Ward 07 to monitor the progress of the municipality’s ongoing road regravelling programme today on Wednesday, 22 July 2026

The visit formed part of the Mayor’s oversight responsibilities to ensure that infrastructure projects are implemented effectively and respond to the needs of local communities.

During the visit, Mayor Ngobeni met with Headman Mahasha, who welcomed the municipal delegation and highlighted key service delivery challenges facing the village, including water supply difficulties and the need for road paving.

Mayor Ngobeni assured community leaders that the municipality remains committed to improving access roads and addressing service delivery challenges through continuous engagement and infrastructure investment.
