POLOKWANE | Lepelle Northern Water hosted a media briefing at Fusion Boutique Hotel on Thursday, 16 April 2026, where it shared updates on its operations, finances and future plans with members of the media and stakeholders.
The session was led by Chief Executive Officer Dr Cornelius Ruiters, who spoke about efforts to improve water supply, strengthen infrastructure and address ongoing challenges in service delivery.
Chief Financial Officer Mr Stanley Motsiri Ramalatso outlined the organisation’s financial performance and plans to improve revenue collection and ensure better use of resources.
Executive Manager for Engineering Services Ms Aluwani Gangashe also gave an update on infrastructure maintenance, project implementation and ways to improve water distribution.
Chairperson of the Board Dr Nndweleni Mphephu closed the session by stressing the importance of good governance, accountability and working together with communities and government to improve access to water.
Lepelle Northern Water remains dedicated to fulfilling its mandate of delivering quality water services while continuously improving operational performance and stakeholder engagement.
