ANC LETABA SUB-REGION LAUNCHES LOCALISED MANIFESTO IN ROTTERDAM

ROTTERDAM | The African National Congress (ANC) in the Norman Mashabane Region, under the Letaba Sub-Region, launched its localised manifesto at Rotterdam Sports Ground today, Saturday, 19 September 2026.

In attendance were alliance partners and leagues including the ANC Youth League (ANCYL), ANC Women’s League (ANCWL), Congress of South African Trade Unions (COSATU), South African National Civic Organisation (SANCO), supporters and traditional leaders.

The ANC Norman Mashabane chairperson, Cde Dagma Mamanyoha delivered the ANC’s localised manifesto ahead of the upcoming Local Government Elections on 4 November 2026, outlining the party’s promises to the community.

Cde Mamanyoha pleaded with communities not to be misled by other political parties and urged them to engage with councillor candidates to ensure service delivery.

The ANC has promised to deliver clean water, affordable electricity, increase youth employment and promote a safe and clean environment.
