Meet Our New Presenter: Boikano Mohale

Boikano Mohale from Ga-Mamokgadi, she studied Communication Studies at the University of Limpopo, with a focus on media, public speaking, and clear communication.

Her passion for radio started in Limpopo, listening to community radio while helping at home. The presenters spoke the language of the people, addressed local issues, and played music that made the community proud.

Boikano is passionate about youth issues, local stories, and using her voice to inform and uplift communities. She believes radio should reflect the people it serves and that it’s personal, direct, and powerful — from the kitchen in the morning, to taxis, to family evenings.

She is pursuing radio to tell stories and to create a space for others to share theirs too.
