MEET THE NEW COGHSTA MEC: PULE SHAYI.

Meet the new MEC for the Department of Cooperative Governance, Human Settlements and Traditional Affairs (CoGHSTA), Mr Pule Shayi.

Shayi is a former Executive Mayor of the Mopani District Municipality.

He was sworn in today, 02 September 2026, as part of Premier Dr Phophi Ramathuba’s newly reconstituted Executive Council.
