PUBLIC ASSISTANCE REQUIRED TO LOCATE MISSING SIBLINGS FROM RAKGOATHA VILLAGE

GA-RAKGOATHA : Moletlane police are urgently appealing to the members of the public in tracing two missing siblings who disappeared from their home in Rakgoatha, Mathibela Extension 73 on Friday 01 May 2026 at about 18:00.

 

Police report indicates that a 58 year-old mother was at home with her son, Nakedi Ramollo aged 24 and her daughter, Anna Makhukhu Ramollo aged 18 who is wheelchair-bound due to her disability.

 

It is alleged that Nakedi requested money for snacks. When the mother returned with the money, both Nakedi and Anna were missing from the house.

 

Witnesses in the area reported seeing Nakedi pushing his sister in a wheelchair towards Bergneck village.

 

An intensive search operation was conducted in collaboration with community members, Polokwane Mounted Search and Rescue Unit and Polokwane K9 Unit but were not fruitful.

 

Anyone who has seen the siblings or has information on their whereabouts is urgently requested to contact the Investigating Officer Sergeant Rodney Mothiba on 076 098 6633 or crime stop number 08600 10111 or nearest police station or MySAPS App.

 

Police investigations are continuing and the search remains ongoing.
