TZANEEN TODAY | Tzaneen Participants of the March and March arrived at Tzaneen Police Station on Tuesday, 30 June 2026, where they submitted a memorandum to Brigadier Masinamela, the Station Commander and representatives of the Department of Home Affairs.
The memorandum outlines the march participants concerns about foreign nationals whom they allege are operating businesses illegally in the area. They are calling on the relevant authorities to take action against those found to be operating outside the law.
Brigadier Masinamela and the representatives from the Department of Home Affairs received the memorandum and signed it as confirmation that it had been officially accepted.
The march formed part of the participants’ efforts to raise their concerns through peaceful and lawful means, while urging the relevant authorities to investigate the issues raised and respond through the appropriate legal processes.
